Development of the Planegg, Gräfelfing and Martinsried locations:
The Planegg – Martinsried – Gräfelfing location cluster has developed into a high-quality service and production location since the mid-1990s. Today, it is one of the leading biotechnology and medical technology location clusters in Europe and is also considered a preferred office location. As a project developer and service provider, the Wander Group has played a key role in this development by building more than 300,000 m² of multifunctional office, laboratory, production, exhibition and storage space.
Determination, competence, responsibility, reliability and a unique wealth of experience, these are the values on which our company was built. The origin of the Wander-group was the establishment of a trading company specializing in office furniture and equipment in 1974.
Ten years later, the original office furniture business was integrated into “mw bueroplanung GmbH”, which still exists today. From 1985 onwards, Manfred Wander concentrated on the development of commercial real estate, with Munich’s southwest and the Planegg-Martinsried-Gräfelfing biotechnology and medical technology cluster becoming one of the main areas of activity. Over the past 50 years, we have succeeded in realizing a large number of projects, especially in the “laboratory real estate” segment, and in establishing many long-term partnerships.
Today, the Wander-group essentially includes the business areas of commercial real estate project development, the trade in office furniture, real estate services such as property management, janitor services, sales services and turnkey commercial construction, as well as the construction of country type high quality vacation homes in Istria/Croatia.
